Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all participants and allow for adequate preparation, SoulBound Leather maintains the following cancellation policy for all classes:
Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days in advance of the scheduled class to receive a full refund or to reschedule your session without penalty.
Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the class are non-refundable, as materials are purchased and preparations are finalized in advance.
No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
